In Refskill, the parameter for summoning elites is: 1936945013.

The rows next to it contain the IDs of the mobs that will be summoned, the settings for whether they will spawn as Giant or Champion, and how many will spawn. If you set those rows to 0, the elite spawning will stop.

Note: After making these changes, gradually kill the unique until it dies. Mistakes in these processes can cause gameserver.exe to crash.
