vSRO Yardım Game Client Crash

Hello,
I'm have a big problem , my client got crash after out from random Arena
and here is my dump files :

Ziyaretçiler için gizlenmiş link,görmek için Giriş yap veya üye ol.

* Note : not all players got crash and not every time

some time game crash , without reason but 80% from out of arena

I cannot check the dump file, but when this problem occurs, you can usually solve the problem by checking it in this order:
+Are the areas correct?
-If it enters the arena, there is no problem in the arena.
+Are the NPC and MOP settings inside correct?
-If there is no problem with NPCs and MOPs, but you get dc when a certain mop spawns after a certain stage, the problem is in the mop.
-If you were able to complete it, the problem is not with the mop, but with the character or trigger.
++You can check the arena files again.
NOTE:
I don't have a chance to check the dump file, you can think of it as an estimated road map.

it's not for all players , just some of them also i think it may back to GS Addon , also it's not come all time
