I have a problem which I do not understand because I still do not understand, when I use the High Graphics with all the options ON and I use D13 or D14 while I walk in City the item is distorted as well as in the image
Correct if Off Dynamic Animation option
I have already used different D13-14 Files and they are still the same (This causes in Crash players) I don't know if someone has encountered this bug before because I really don't understand, d12 d11 works just happens with d13 d14
