I've seen a lot of threads claiming it was a fix to create a new mercenary via Pet or the fix via client this is [50%] the wrong way because the client crashes when uploading guilds and union logo
So i will starting with the real fix

2. Run OllyDbg as Admin
Open Sro_Client.exe
