This issue has been discussed before; however, due to a few shortcomings, the current procedures are not working perfectly. Additionally, it fails to clean up certain character information that needs to be deleted.
These changes I've shared with you will erase all information about the character that will be deleted.

Additionally, the text is not fully visible during the character deletion process. I've shared this with you in the file; you can edit it.

I haven't had the chance to test the time this way. I've generally tried advancing the time or changing the Windows date, but ShardManager didn't execute the EXEC command. "It only executes the EXEC command with a restart."
If anyone has the opportunity, I would appreciate it if they could try again in the normal way and get back to the topic.
Aside from that, if the procedure isn't triggered, you can use Guard or Agent to execute the EXEC. Overall, I haven't encountered any other issues.
