005196CD 3C 64 cmp al, 0x28
0x28 is the hexdecimal value = lv 40
Go to this page and chouse decimal > hexdecimal.
It may be necessary to edit the client part as well. I've never tried before.
Please do not forget to return to the help topic you opened.
Does it create a bug? maybe. For example, you have made the graduate level 60 and you may have the option to graduate at level 40. Also, you may not be able to ban the player until the specified level.
