Download folders :
Panel Folders : MEGA
Panel and Logger Database : Download Backup rar
Delete the default db by reading the query in the bottom spoiler.
Then excutre this query
Firstly set IIS Server on active, then setup this files.
Download PHP Manager for IIS 7 1.2 for Windows - Filehippo.com
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 from Official Microsoft Download Center
Download Microsoft® ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server® - Windows + Linux from Official Microsoft Download Center
Choose a project in Panel Folders and excract on C://
Then, set ur sql informations in "fonkisyonlar folder's config.php "
Lastly, in Panel Folders "php1" folders to extcract C:// and excute on IIS php manager , installation is ready.
