it's one of modern skill in some of prv servers so we add it but with diffrent way how .. you can use it it's optional you can max all your skills and open it with scrolls drop from uniques in instance and from quest's

you must be level 120 to use any of the mastery scrolls and your normal masteries have to be at max level. you will get many different level mastery scrolls. you must go in order or you will waste the scrolls you can get these scrolls from the uniques in the (Devil's Garden) and (Petra Dungeon).
